A Precautionary Move – Medical Camp at Satgaon
A free Homeopathic Medical Camp was successfully conducted in Satgaon, Guwahati at St. Rose Nursery School, on Saturday 19, 2015. The Camp was organised in particular to combat the embryonic surveillance of Chickenpox in Satgaon area. Sahid Jadav Nath, Government Homeopathy Medical College, Panjabari, Guwahati, animated the camp, which successfully aided 110 poor people by providing consolation, vaccination and free medicine.

“Homeopathy is a natural, holistic, approach to healing a person, using minute doses of specific remedies, rather than simply eliminating a particular symptom using a Band-Aid approach”, said Dr. Utpal Bordoloi, Medical In-charge, SJN, GHM College, Panjabari, during his inaugural address.

The medical team form SJN, GHM College, Panjabari was constituted with 7 Doctors, 2 Pharmacists and a Staff Nurse.

FAsCE Peace Club Volunteers from Amsing Jorabat and interns from TISS (Tata Institute of Social Science) rendered their selfless services to mark the programme a big success.

“We admire and thank FAsCE India for all your work, and very specially thanking you for intervening into the situation in the appropriate time by organising medical camp” said Mr. Suman Boro, a beneficiary from Patharquarry
